TRADE STAND APPLICATION

Applications MUST reach the trade stand secretaries at Haigh , Apull and Blackrod Agricultural Society no later than 19th July 2010(or 28 days before show date). Exhibitors will only be allowed to sell / promote goods as listed on their application .Trade stand space will not be allocated until full cleared payment is received.PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO HAIGH , ASPULL AND BLACKROD AGRICUTURAL SOCIETY.

CANCELLATIONS :- If an exhibitor cancels a trade stand application prior to 16th July 2010, an administration fee of £40.00 will be deducted from any refund.Cancellation after 16th JULY 2010 . For whatever reason,will result in the forfeit of all fees.The Society reserves the right to re-let the space.
